Product quality and consistency is our top priority. Awesome customer service is our top priority again. So if we fall short on quality and consistency, you can surely count on us on customer service.

Cancellation :

At Everyday Brew, our cold brew coffee is free from any type of preservatives, hence, limited shelf life, and it is made fresh for every order so that you get a great cold brew everytime you order. As a result, After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if they wishes to by emailing at help@everydaybrew.in.

Returns :

We do not allow return or exchange of products once delivered, to ensure each customer gets only the best coffee, freshly brewed. In the unlikely situation that you aren’t fully satisfied with your product or face any issues, we’re always here to help. Drop us a line on help@everydaybrew.in and we’ll do our best to set things right.

In the rare instance that you get products that are different from those that you ordered, defective or damaged, you can write to us at help@everydaybrew.in to rectify the order. Once the inconsistency is verified by us, we will reship your order with the products that you had originally ordered.

In case the payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
